Bordeaux Developments (BD) and Qualico Communities (Qualico) are jointly undertaking the construction of a mixed-use project in Rocky View County, Alberta, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 708ha of land. It includes the development of 16ha lake, the construction of 3,500-residential units, an open air museum, two 18-hole golf courses, employment campus on 55ha of land, a school, a community a village center, a clubhouse, a gymnasium, parking space and related facilities, and the installation of safety systems.
