The BIN Group (BIN), through a partnership with Universal Park & Resorts, a part of the corporation NBC Universal and ZAO Rusinkom is planning to develop the Moscow Galactika Park Development in Moscow, Russia.
The project involves the construction of a multifunctional complex named Galactika Park over an area of 22ha of land at the junction of the Varshavskoye highway and the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD). It includes construction of a 150,000m2 theme park.
It includes the construction of retail and office buildings, convention centers, two hotels, exhibition center, musical theater, concert and sports arena with a capacity of 20,000 spectators, surface and underground parking and related facilities.
Chapman Taylor has been appointed as the design consultant. Ove Arup & Partners has been appointed as the consultant.
In July 2013, concept planning for the project and the designing activities have been undertaken.
