Best Hospitality LLC, (BHL), a subsidiary of Tsukada Global Holdings is planning to build a condominium-hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 26-story, 170-unit condominium hotel. It includes the construction of an office space, restaurants, a swimming pool, fitness center, a spa, a pool bar, parking and the installation of elevators and related facilities. It also has a new park in Waikiki that will be called Park Kalia, which will include water features and culturally based interpretative art and signage.

BHL acquired the project site for US$30.5 million in September 2015.

On September 8, 2015, BHL presented the project plans at the Waikiki Neighborhood Board meeting.

Kusao & Kurahashi Inc. has been appointed as environment consultant.

In July 2016, an environmental assessment on the project submitted but City Council asked for further more assessment. Council members opposed the height of the tower.

Construction is expected to commence in 2017 and take around 18 months to complete.
