Berkeley Homes (BH) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Buckinghamshire, the UK.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex. It includes the construction of 141 homes and 40 senior living apartments, a restaurant, 941m2 of commercial space, new pedestrian footway, cycle links, developing new access to the site from Bath Road in the form of a roundabout, along with alterations to improve the safety of the existing Mill Lane/Bath Road junction, by Maidenhead Bridge.
PRP Architect has been appointed as planning architect, Maddox Associates as planning consultant, Glanvilles as highways, transport and infrastructure Consultant, SLR Consulting Ltd as landscape consultant, WSP Global Inc. as an environmental consultant for the project.
In September 2014, BH submitted a planning application to South Bucks District Council followed by two public consultations.
In September 2015, the project secured approvals from the South Bucks District Council.
In February 2016, BH commenced construction work at the roundabout to the A4.
On July 29, 2017, the restaurant was launched. Construction works are underway.
