The project involves the construction of 1,400 homes on 72.8ha of land and being developed in phases.

John Thompson & Partners has been appointed as architect and WYG as study consultant for the project.
On February 19, 2013, Eastleigh Borough Council approved outline plans for the project.
Bloor Homes, Bovis Homes Group plc and Linden Homes were appointed as associate developers.
In April 2016, the project received approvals for first phase of 441 homes.
In third quarter of 2016, F3GROUP was appointed as project manager and cost consultant at a cost of US$39 million by a consortium of Bloor Homes, Bovis Homes and Linden Homes.
In January 2017, BGL secured approvals for the second phase.
Construction activities are underway.
