Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk (BCKW) is planning to undertake the construction of residential community in King's Lynn, Norfolk, the UK.

In June 2015, a development management agreement signed between BCKW and Lovell. Lovell will design, promote, construct and sell the project. The planning application has been submitted for the first phase of the project.
On December 7, 2015, West Norfolk Council has approved the first phase.
As of March 2016. a public consultation process was underway.
As of August 2016, the consultation on the pre-application plans for a housing development will start on September 7, 2016, with a drop in session for the public. The event was intended to enable local people to have their say on the scheme before a planning application is formally submitted.
