Brisbane City Council (BCC) and The State of Queensland (SoQ) are planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use community in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 20ha of land. In June 2016, the TLPI adopted by council followed by the Queensland Government approval.
In August 2016, BCC approved the city plan amendment.
On February 21, 2017, BCC formally adopted the master plan of the project.
On May 2, 2017, Queensland Government approved the statutory amendments.
