Argus Development Group (Argus) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use development at Lloyd Farm in Carrboro, Orange County, North Carolina, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 16ha of land. It includes the construction of a four-story residential building with 200 apartments and 10 duplexes; eight commercial buildings with 11,185m2 of retail spaces, a grocery store, a shopping center, office, and restaurants; 514 parking spaces and related facilities.

The development of the residential component is named as The Lofts at Lloyd Farm and the development of the retail stores and offices component is named as The Shops at Lloyd Farm.

The Design Response has been appointed as the planning consultant, NC Department of Environment & Natural Resources and US Army Corps of Engineers as surveyors, The Kalikow Group and EYC Companies are appointed as associated developers.

In September 2011, the Carrboro City Council (CCC) conducted the concept plan review (CPR) for the project.

On September 4, 2014, Argus held public consultations.

In December 2016, Carrboro council rejected the project plans stating that storm water runoff from the project could worsen flooding in nearby neighbourhoods.
