The project involves the construction of an 80-story, 360m high mixed-use facility on an 8,093m2 area.

The project will include the construction of a 10,000m2 area shopping mall which will essentially serve as an extension of the Azrieli Center mall, equally dedicated residential and office facility on upper floors and 1,000 underground parking spaces on five levels, meeting rooms, a conference hall, a cafeteria and a fitness center, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

Moshe Zur Architects has been appointed as an architect for the project.

In July 2013, AZRG signed a land purchase deal with Yedioth Ahronoth news paper group for US$104.5 million.

In March 2016, AZRG secured approvals from the Tel Aviv District Planning and Building Committee.

In the second quarter of 2017, construction commenced and is expected to last for two years towards completion.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a 360m, 80-story mixed-use facility on a 8,093m2 area at east side of Menachem Begin Boulevard adjacent to Azrieli Center in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The US$300 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a 10,000m2 area shopping mall

2. Construction of residential and office facilities

3. Construction of 1,000 underground parking spaces on five levels

4. Construction of a conference hall

5. Construction of a cafeteria

6. Construction of a fitness center
