On April 2, 2015, a public consultation meeting was held to unveil the conceptual master plan and the name of the new community.
ARG unveiled revised plans for the project on July 9, 2015.
On December 5, 2016, ACC gave the second of three approvals necessary for the rezoning request to go through.
On December 15, 2016, the project received all zoning approvals.
As of May 2017, ARG is developing a master plan in collaboration with the Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) with input from the community.
