In July 2015, FitzGerald Associates Architects was appointed as architect and Power Construction Co. LLC as a construction contractor.

Project secured approvals on July 31, 2015.

In November 2015, a ground breaking ceremony was held.

In May 2017, topping-off ceremony held.

Construction works are underway with completion anticipated by the end of the third quarter of 2017.
