Shutts & Bowen LLP has been appointed as the legal consultant. ARC is undertaking the construction works.

In October 2015, ARC received approvals from West Palm Beach City Council.

On May 11, 2016, ARC secures US$50 million construction loan from Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania.

In February 2017, construction activities commenced.

Construction activities are underway with completion scheduled in 2018.
