Arlington Public Schools (APS) is planning to build a school building in Arlington County, Virginia, the US.

The project is intended to be funded by a US$105.8 million bond referendum due for approval in November 2014. More than US$50 million of the proposed bond is slated to build either a new elementary school on the Thomas Jefferson grounds, the School Board’s “preferred plan,” or to construct additions to two South Arlington elementary schools.
On January 28, 2015, the planning application was rejected by Arlington County Board.
In June 2015, the South Arlington Working Group (SAWG) was formed to assist the School Board in determining the other site for the project by December 2015.
In December 2015, parking lot adjacent to Thomas Jefferson Middle School has been selected as project site by the Arlington County Board.
On April 22, 2017, APS the final planning approval from the Arlington County Board.
Construction works are expected to be completed in 2019.
