Sage Environmental Consulting has been appointed as the consultant, Siemens Energy as supply contractor and Kiewit Engineering Group as the contractor.
In June 2014, APG secured the site and submitted a permit application for the project development.
In December 2014, the Ercot preliminary electrical study was completed.
In July 2015, The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued wastewater permits.
In March 2016, The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued GHG permit.
