Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) and Columbia Grove Apartments Limited Partnership (CGALP) are undertaking the construction of a residential complex in Arlington County, Virginia, the US.

The project involves the construction of two eight-story residential buildings with a gross floor area of 30,658m2.

It includes the construction of 229 apartments, community room for resident programs, 13 Type-A accessible units roof terrace, a three-story underground parking facility and related facilities. The apartment includes 64 studio apartments, 27 one bedroom units, 110 two-bedroom units, and 28 three-bedroom homes.

On December 4, 2014, APAH submitted the project plans and requested the 2015 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits for the development.

On February 25, 2015, Arlington County Board approved the development plan and announced a loan of US$19 million for the project.

APAH received fund of US$500,000 from Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB)

APAH submitted a low-income housing tax credit application in March 2015.

In May 2015, APAH obtained planning approval.

On January 19, 2016, APAH received a fund of US$750,000 from Virginia Housing Trust Fund.

KGD Architecture has been appointed as architect, VIKA Inc as landscape architect, SK&A Group a structural engineer, Kalriess Construction Management as construction manager and Bozzuto Construction as construction contractor.

On June 8, 2016, construction activities commenced with a groundbreaking ceremony.

Construction activities are underway and expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018.
