The project involves the construction of a residential complex on a 20ha land. It will include the construction of 950 homes for 2000 new residents, a 10,530m2 shopping centre, a supermarket, apartments up to five stories, a boulevard linking Middleborough Rd and Burwood Highway, community facilities, parking and related infrastructure facilities.
In August 2015, the project has been received rezoning approval.
In February 2016, Ryman Healthcare Ltd, bought a part of the project site and aims to develop five villages by 2020. The in-house team of Ryman Healthcare Ltd is undertaking the design works for the same.
In November 2016, the Buchan Group won the design competition for the project.
