Aventura Land Ventures LLC (ALV) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use development in Aventura, Florida, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising five buildings on 3ha of land.

It includes the construction of 144 assisted living units, 207-room Aloft hotel, a 3,716m2 medical office building, a 131-unit luxury residential tower, a 9,290m2 class A office space, 5,110m2 retail and restaurant space, a 4,181m2 wellness medical center, a pool, a fitness center, world-class dining and spirits, parking space and other related facilities.

On April 7, 2014, ALV received planning approval from the city council.

Opulence International Realty was appointed as the marketing consultant.

Zyscovich Architects has been appointed as an architect; Crescendo Real Estate as the marketing consultant; Steven G. INC as the interior designer, and Norwich Partners as hotel developer of the project.

Suffolk Construction and First Florida Building Corporation were appointed as contractors for the project.

In February 2016, ALV secured US$33 million construction loan from Bank of the Ozarks.

In May 2016, Norwich Partners secured a US$37 million construction loan from Citizens Bank for the hotel development.

In June 2016, ground break ceremony held on the project.

In June 2017, ALV secured US$29.6 million construction loan from Branch Banking & Trust Co for the 144 assisted living units and ground break ceremony held on it.

Construction activities are underway.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising five buildings on 3ha of land in Aventura, Florida, the US.

The US$150 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a 207-room Aloft hotel

2. Construction of a 3,716m2 medical office building

3. Construction of a 131-unit luxury residential tower

4. Construction of a 9,290m2 class A office space

5. Construction of 5,110m2 retail space and restaurant space

6. Construction of 4,181m2 wellness medical center
