AHA held a meeting to discuss the project plans on October 26, 2015.
In October 2015, AHA reduced the height of the buildings from five to four-story.
On November 9, 2015, the ACC voted to change the zoning from light industrial to sustainable infill redevelopment, with a requirement that the final AHA site plan to be submitted to the Aurora’s planning commission again.
In December 2015, project received rezoning approval from Aurora City Council.
In April 2017, project received HFA tax credit.
