The project involves the redevelopment of a 16-story RBJ Center on 7ha of land. It includes the construction of 250 senior housing units, 340 market-rent apartments and condominiums, 2,323m2 of commercial space, indoor and outdoor community spaces, a library, parking and related facilities and the renovation of 250 senior housing units.
In May 2010, HS&A LTD was appointed as the project manager.
Beverly Silas & Associates had been appointed as the planner and Bury + Partners as engineering design contractor.

In January 2012, AGC issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) for master developers.

In May 2016, Austin city council approved the amendment to the Waterfront Overlay Regulations to provide development of the project.
