Townscape Management Inc. has been appointed as project manager; Hart Howerton Architects as the site planner; DCI Structural Engineers as structural engineer; CB Engineers as MEP engineer; Watry Design as parking engineer; PCR as the environmental consultant; and Hirsch Green as the traffic engineer.

On March 13, 2015, Gehry Partners LLP was appointed as architect.

AG-SCH has revised the project plans and submitted an application to the Los Angeles City Council in June 2016.

Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been submitted by AG-SCH.

On July 28, 2016, the project secured approvals by the LACPC and a public hearing was held on August 18, 2016.

On November 1, 2016, Los Angeles City Council granted final approval for the revised plans.
