It includes the construction of 240 residential units featuring 169 one- and 57 two-bedroom units, a four-story podium, 981m2 of amenity space, a five-story underground parking facility with 218 parking spaces and 123 bicycle parking spaces and related facilities and the installation of elevators and safety systems.
Walker Nott Dragicevic Associates Ltd has been appointed as a planner, RAW Design as an architect, Adesso Design Inc. as a landscape architect, Paradigm Transportation Solutions Ltd as traffic consultant, Urbantech Engineering & Project Management Ltd as a technical consultant and HGC Engineering (HGCE) as an acoustic consultant.
In September 2014, ADG submitted plans for the development.
On September 4, 2014, HGCE submitted a noise feasibility report on the project.
Burlington City Council (BCC) held a public meeting on the proposed plans on October 9, 2014.
On October 11, 2014, ADG filed an application to BCC for a change to the official plan.
In January 2015, BCC rejected the original 28-story plans and ADG filed an appeal on the BCC.
In March 2016, Adi was granted an adjournment to revise the project plans.
In October 2016, BCC rejected the revised 26-story plans.
As of August 2017, ADG is waiting for The Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) approvals for the proposed plans.
