In September 2008, a ground-breaking ceremony held. On September 12, 2014, Vista Louisiana LLC (VLL) was selected as the preferred master developer.
In January 2015, VLL was selected as master developer for the project, and a 10-year development contract was signed in March 2015.
VLL has partnered with Devere Construction Co Inc appointed as the construction contractor for the project.
