Aquilini Development and Construction Inc. (ADC) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use community in British Columbia, Canada.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on a 57,319m2 area comprising two mixed-use buildings and a residential building with a total of 588 residential units.

The 26-story West Tower features 26,477m2 office space, 190 residential units and 263 parking spaces.

The 28-story East Tower features 6,503m2 office space and 126 residential units.

The 31-story South Tower features 272 residential units.

Recollective Consultants Inc. and Bunt & Associates have been appointed as environmental and traffic consultants respectively, Brown Strachan Associates as consulting engineer, and Walter Francl Architecture Inc. as master planner.

The design contract for West Tower has been awarded to B+H BuntingCoady Architects Inc, and the landscape architects and mechanical engineer contract was awarded to Durante Kruek and Yoneda & Associates, and PWL Partnership Landscape Architects Inc is the landscape architect.

Electrical engineering and interior design contract was awarded to Nemetz (s/a) & associates and B+H Chil Design Ltd for the west tower. Glotman Simpson Group and Franz has been appointed as a structural engineer and environmental consultant, and Spratt Emanuel Engineering Ltd as the environmental and engineering consultant for the west tower.

Snowdon Construction and Hiebbs Construction and Developments have been appointed as construction contractors.

The Gisborne Group was awarded the contract for fire protection systems installation for the project.

In July 2012, the project secured planning approval from the Vancouver City Council. Construction activities on the West Tower commenced.

In February 2014, construction works on the South Tower commenced.

In August 2015, construction works on the West Tower was completed, now known as Aquilini Centre.

In the third quarter of 2017, construction works on the South Tower was completed.

Construction work on the East Tower is underway.


The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on a 57,319m2 area in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
