ABG Frankfurt Holding GmbH (ABG) plans to construct the Ernst May Viertel residential development with a total 3,820 apartments on 121ha of land in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany.
The project is being developed in three phases.
The first phase involves the construction of an Innovationsquartier with a total 1,500 apartments on a16ha area, an Atterberry-Ost complex with 250 apartments, a Nördlich des Günthersburgparks with 100 apartments and expansion of the Günthersburgparks.
The second phase involves the construction of the An den Röthen complex with 260 apartments, Katharinen-Campus with 350 apartments, a Nördlich Friedrich-Ebert-Schule complex with 330 apartments and the expansion of a Huthparks.
The third phase involves the construction of a Festeburgsiedlung complex with 680 apartments, a Südlich Seckbacher Landstraße with 350 apartments and development of Grüne Mitte complex.
In 2008, Krebs und Kiefer was appointed as a master planner for the BAB 661 Bereich Ortslage Bornheim.
In 2009, Albert Speer & Partner GmbH was appointed as the master planner for the Autobahn 661 project part.
Raumwerk Gesellschaft für Architektur und Stadtplanung mbH, Pesch Partner Architekten Stadtplaner and BS+ Stadtebau und Architektur have been appointed as master planners.
In 2010, Albert Speer & Partner GmbH commenced urban planning for the Bornheim and Seckbach area.
In 2012, Durth Roos Consulting GmbH was appointed as a lead consultant.
Glück Landschaftsarchitektur BDLA has been appointed as a landscape architect.
In 2013, a feasibility study contract was awarded to DEGES GmbH.
