All Aboard Florida (ABF) is been undertaking the construction of a residential tower in West Palm Beach, Florida, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 23-story residential tower on 0.5ha of land. It includes the construction of 275 residential units, 1,251m2 of retail space, 340m2 of office space, a fitness center, an 800-space parking garage and related facilities.

ABF and City of West Palm Beach (CoWPB) signed an agreement. Under the terms, ABF will build an access road from Clematis Street to the station at a cost of US$3.8 million. CoWPB will provide US$3.8 million in tax credits and incentives and an additional US$2.5 million in tax credits for a residential tower.

HKS Architects has been appointed as architect for the project.

In June 2015, ABF revealed project plans for public consultation.

Construction activities on the project are underway.
