The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities over an area of 106,280m2. The project includes the construction of retail units, commercial units, office facilities, a warehouse, a hotel, single-family residential units, duplexes housing units, apartments and other related facilities and the installation of safety and security systems.

The project includes the construction of Quail Creek Office Park on 16ha of land and Scenic Village Park.

The project is being developed in two phases. The first phase includes the construction of three and four story residential buildings as well as 24, two-story residential buildings comprising 377 units, o.4ha lake, and boardwalk/exercise park while the second phase includes the construction of 5,109m2 of mixed-use retail, restaurants, office and freestanding retail space and 90 apartment units.

Black Gold Group has been appointed as the developer for the first phase, R.L. Hensley Construction Inc. as excavating contractor for the Quail Creek Office Park, NSPJ as architect for residential facilities, Tanner Consulting as consulting engineer and Cowen Construction as general contractor for the project.

In May 2016, groundbreaking held on the first phase of the project.

Construction activities on the first phase are underway and the second phase will commence in the fourth quarter of 2017.
