Aluminum Industry in Canada 2015

The availability of abundant hydroelectric power at a competitive price combined with a modern infrastructure and well qualified labor force has established a solid aluminum industry in Canada. The country present produces primary aluminum from smelters located in Kitimat, British Columbia and Quebec. Being the third largest producer of aluminum in the world, Canada is also the second largest exporter of aluminum after Russia.
