Safety Harnesses Procurement in the US
This report is intended to assist buyers of safety harnesses. Safety harnesses are a form of personal protection equipment designed to prevent the user from incurring an injury in the instance of a fall or other hazards. A safety harness consists of a set of straps that are affixed to or worn by the user and a connector ring. A safety harness exists as an integral part of a fall prevention system that includes an anchorage system and a connector (i.e. lanyard). Common buyers include contractors, telecom firms, oil and gas companies, as well as utility companies.
