Since governments have started to ease restrictions, the recovery in the eurozone is firmly under way with high-frequency data pointing to a robust rebound in Q2. An upward revision to Q1 and a slightly better forecast for Q3 have led us to raise our forecast for the eurozone; we now see GDP growth of 4.9% in 2021 (from 4.3% last month) and then 4.6% in 2022.
