The company operates through four business segments: intrastate transportation and storage, interstate transportation, midstream and retail propane. The intrastate transportation and storage segment owns and operates approximately 7,800 miles of natural gas transportation pipelines and three natural gas storage facilities located in the state of Texas; intrastate transportation focuses on transporting natural gas from various natural gas producing areas through connections with other pipeline systems, as well as through its Oasis pipeline and natural gas pipeline and storage assets; midstream segment focuses on gathering, compression, treating, blending, processing, and marketing of natural gas in the Austin Chalk trend of southeast Texas, the Permian Basin of west Texas and New Mexico, the Barnett Shale in north Texas, the Bossier Sands in east Texas, and the Uinta and Piceance Basins in Utah and Colorado; retail propane segment sells propane and propane-related products and services to residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers.
