The regulation to prohibit the use of latex gloves is majorly due to, the high probability of allergy that can be caused by using the latex gloves. The latex gloves are composed of natural rubber and it can cause allergic reactions on the skin of the users. In addition to this, these gloves also contain latex protein, which can be transferred from the gloves to the food items.
