According to research studies, it was estimated that one in 10 new food and drink products was launched globally with a gluten-free claim in 2015. According to the report, hectic lifestyles of consumers and the need for leisure have further increased the demand for convenience food products. This need for convenience has also led to the growth of dried ready meals, dried pasta and noodles, and several other dried processed food products that require minimal time for preparation.
