A small layer of EVOH increases gas properties by 10,000 times than normal low-density polyethylene. EVOH films are mainly used for two applications in agriculture. The first one is used for mulch (fumigation) and other for silage films. It is also used in greenhouse films to contain carbon dioxide inside the greenhouse.”
