Personal Injury Consumer Research Report 2019

This report considers consumer experiences when suffering an injury, accident or medical negligence issue and, in particular, their journey through the claims process. Consumer perceptions of key issues in the market and their awareness and use of selected personal injury brands are also explored. Background information on the market and future trends is included. The report is based on 27 detailed questions asked in September 2019 to a sample of 503 adults experiencing a personal injury, accident, or clinical negligence issue. Injuries range from low value road traffic accident claims (RTAs) through to more high value claims, e.g. serious brain injury, spinal injury. The results from the latest year's survey are compared to results from the 2018 survey to explore trends.
