hybris Global Customer Days 2015: Customer Engagement and Commerce Plus a New Marketing Solution

SAP hosted the hybris Global Customer Days 2015 event in Munich, Germany, on February 9–11, 2015, which saw a gathering of thousands of hybris customers and partners. Highlights included:

  • The launch of the SAP hybris Marketing solution, a new application built on SAP HANA and leveraging the capabilities of SAP acquisitions hybris and SeeWhy
  • The reintroduction of the Customer Engagement and Commerce (CEC) business unit, which was formed in 2Q14 and brings together SAP's organic CRM applications for sales and service with hybris commerce and marketing
