The information in this update is aligned with the 4Q14 release of IDC's United States Black Book (March 2015). The United States Black Book covers forecasts for enterprise IT spending segmented by 15 vertical markets, 15 technologies (across hardware, software, and services), and all 50 states in the United States, including the District of Columbia. This update and the United States Black Book, 4Q14 are based on IDC's 4Q14 release of the Worldwide Black Book. (Note: Enterprise IT spending excludes IT spending from the government, education, and consumer verticals.)
