This IDC study isolates and analyzes U.S. small businesses bundled services."Over half of small businesses in the United States receive their broadband and communications services through a bundle," says Matt Davis, program director, SMB Telecom Services, IDC. "However, after a burst in bundles over the past five years, we've seen both the adoption and impact flatten and are forecasting slower adoption of standard multiplay packages that include company phone, broadband, business television, and mobile voice and data, but an increase in add-ons like public Wi-Fi and cloud-based services."
