Fitting in that, when a company considers all aspects of the value chain — product, supply chain, demand, manufacturing — the unifying driver is, of course, the customer. Telling in that, this signaled the intention of SAP to fully incorporate all aspects of its customer solutions into its extended supply chain, which was covered in the keynote. As SAP Hybris' SVP Volker Hilldebrand responsible for CRM put it, the customer is now the disruptor.
