Impact of Big Data and Analytics on Telcos in Europe
This IDC study provides an overview of the uses that telcos can make of Big Data and analytics, for internal purposes (network/service optimization and customer experience management) and external purposes (creating new revenue-generating services). It discusses the main opportunities and challenges facing telcos in Big Data and analytics and highlights examples of European telcos' initiatives and offerings.
