This IDC MaturityScape Benchmark presents key findings from IDC's 2021 Technology Skills Development MaturityScape Benchmark Survey for Europe. It provides a benchmark for organizations to compare themselves with their peers in relation to their progress toward establishing a technology skills development strategy and approach that will ensure a successful IT organization that is aligned with overall business and digital transformation goals. This study complements IDC MaturityScape: Technology Skills Development 2.0 (IDC #US47596821, April 2021) and IDC MaturityScape Benchmark: Technology Skills Development Worldwide, 2021 (IDC #US48113421, August 2021).
