Surgical Apparel Manufacturing
Over the next five years, demand for surgical apparel will increase, largely due to growth in the elderly and obese populations. Healthcare reform will allow more Americans to have healthcare coverage, resulting in more surgeries and stronger industry demand. Nevertheless, demand for industry products has been limited by low-cost imports from countries like China. During the next five years, revenue will expand modestly due to continuing favorable demographic trends and stable input prices.
