The importation, manufacture, sale and possession of vapour products remains completely banned in Thailand. The ban on vapour products is promulgated under the Tobacco Products Control Act 2535 (Section 10), Medicines Act 2510 (Section 12) and Customs Act 2469 (Section 27).
