Although the cool summer weather in 2018 contributed to this, much of the decline was due to a shake-up of the category’s assortment. At the end of the review period Coca-Cola HBC stopped selling the Nestea brand from Nestlé, instead replacing it with its own Fuze brand. The switch disrupted the supply of RTD tea in Bosnia-Herzegovina at the end of 2017 and the start of 2018.
