A skilled clinical person can teach a person how to perform dialysis at home. Home dialysis has been recognized by patients and physicians as a safe and effective alternative to in-center treatment. Home dialysis is broadly classified into four categories: Daily home Hemodialysis (HD), Nocturnal Home hemodialysis, Nocturnal In-Center hemodialysis, Standard Home hemodialysis.
