Brick and Structural Clay Tile
U.S. sales of brick and structural clay tile turned upward in 2013 and 2014. Sales, however, remain some 50.0% below record 2005 levels. Sales have been adversely affected by the housing bust, sluggish nonresidential construction spending, and weak prices over the past decade. Sales growth is expected to strengthen during 2015 due to the continued recovery in residential and nonresidential construction activity.
These and other industry trends are uncovered in this up-to-date Catalina First Look on Brick and Structural Clay Tiles.
