Turkey Infrastructure Report Q4 2017

BMI View: We have upgraded our forecasts for the Turkish construction sector going into 2018 on the back of government stimulus which has offset what would be otherwise challenging credit conditions. As such, the non-residential building sector will remain buoyant and along with continued strength in infrastructure see real growth in construction of 5.9% y-o-y in 2017 and 4.6% in 2018.
