We forecast a more positive consumer outlook for Turkey in 2020, following the 2019 recession with privateconsumption forecast to grow 2.0%, in line with GDP forecast. We however highlight the risks of high inflation which could hamperdomestic consumption. We highlight some risks of fiscal and monetary policies which could generate wider imbalances.
