Real GDP and real private final consumption will both improve over 2018 as stronger harvests support higher earnings potential. The heavy reliance on the informal sector for employment will pose a risk over the coming year.

A weakening business environment, owing to greater regulatory risks, is likely to dampen investor sentiment over the longer term.
