Food and drink spending growth in Singapore's mature market will be modest but steady throughout our forecastperiod, which this quarter has been extended out to 2024. Convenience will be the main trend driving growth in food spending, withthe pasta and other foods segments outperforming. With regard to drinks spending, non-alcoholic drink sales growth will outpacethat of alcoholic drinks. Health consciousness will be driving growth in the mineral/spring water and fruit juices segments, sales ofwhich will expand at a far stronger rate than for carbonated soft drinks.
