The tourism industry in Poland is very well situated for robust and sustainable growth. The country is successfullyattracting a growing number of international visitors, both from major regional source markets and from a wider range of globalmarkets outside of Europe, supported by an expansive range of cross-border transport connections. As a result demand is growingfor high-end hotels operating under popular international brands, leading to a strong development pipeline in the hotel sector, bothwithin the capital and across a range of smaller towns and cities. While there are some downside risks to consider, includingdeteriorating relations between Poland and the European Union, overall the tourism industry is expected to maintain healthygrowth rates, creating a range of opportunities for investors.
